Allpa Legal SAS is a boutique firm specialized in real estate, urban, land, environmental and sanctionatory law. Its main objective is to attend and provide comprehensive legal services to industries, owners, investors, developers and, in general, those who have an interest in the real estate sector in Colombia.
Allpa means "land", "soil" in the Quechua language, a language spoken by indigenous communities that have lived since ancient times in large regions of South America and that are characterized by respect and proper use of land. In Allpa Legal we want to provide legal services that seek the use and sustainable development in environmental and social matters of the different projects that we advise in order to ensure a successful, responsible and lucrative development.
This law firm was founded by Natalia Hernández Hidalgo, a lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, of which the last 10 years she has been advising local and foreign clients in the structuring, investment and development of real estate and infrastructure projects, in regulatory, transactional and litigation matters related to the real estate sector. She has also worked in the public sector in urban planning and territorial planning. In Allpa Legal we have the specialized knowledge to give added value to the projects and achieve goals with the highest quality standard.
